We would like to invite you to the first Discovery Space Webinar on January 25th, 2024, at 15.00 CET! This online event provides valuable insights on application process for the Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1) funding and on the upcoming Discovery Space Summer School.
The Erasmus+ KA1 funding provides a unique opportunity for teachers, headteachers, trainers, and other staff of educational institutions to participate in international training courses in different European countries. Schools, universities, vocational education and training, and adult education organizations are all eligible to receive full funding to attend courses under a KA1 mobility grant. The Erasmus+ KA1 grant covers all the costs to attend teacher training courses: including travel, subsistence, and course fee. Keep in mind that the deadline for applications to KA1 funding is 20th of February 2024.
The pillars of the Deeper Learning Classroom for STEM are inquiry-based and problem-based learning, where an AI conversational agent will play a crucial role, to provide students with feedback addressing their specific needs and misconceptions. Teachers will need to develop new competencies and reevaluate their goals, so that they can offer the most to their students. Teachers in the AI era will need to teach with, and about AI. In the Discovery Space Project, we focus on inquiry-based and problem-based learning enabled by AI technology and focus on creating examples of best practice and a roadmap for future use.
